Hey, I'm Mia,

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and as a mum of two kids, I know how easy it is to fall into the trap of overtraining, under-eating, and trying to be perfect. The tiredness. The guilt. The worry that you’re not doing enough for your body, your family, or your future. That’s why I’m here, not just to tell you what you “should” be doing, but to show you how to live in a way that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and works for you.

I became a coach because I love supporting and empowering women to discover their potential.
